Welcome to the Wing-Nuts, the Nightwing fan club. Ever since Richard Grayson shed the identity of Robin, and took on the mantle of Nightwing, he's had a number of fans. Now those fans have a home here.
Part of the reason we exist is because until recently the character has been in a bit of limbo. He's often viewed as Batman-lite, redundant, or an easy out. However, if you follow his adventures closely from the time he lead the Teen Titans to today, you'll see that he's a capable leader, a shoulder to lean on, and that he's closely connected to nearly every character in the DCU
One mission of his fan club is to try and get creators and editors at DC to realize that Richard Grayson is a character deserving of a great deal of respect. To that end we often conduct polls of our members to see what they like and don't like about what's happening to the character, conduct letter writing campaigns, and irritate editors with questions about Nightwing at conventions.
Nightwing in the new DC
After a tenure as the Batman of Gotham, Dick Grayson resumes his mantle as Nightwing! As Dick embraces his identity, Haley’s Circus, the big top where he once performed with his family, returns to Gotham - bringing with it a history of murder, mystery and superhuman evil. Nightwing must confront friends and enemies from his past as he searches for the source of an even greater evil. NIGHTWING will be written by Kyle Higgins with art duties handled by fan-favorite Eddy Barrows.

Over the coming months we'll continue to improve this site. We'll add links to other sites. We'll add games and contests. We'll add new features and we'll be changing the banner every few months to reflect different themes and different points in Nightwing's stories.
